Who Created Pyramid Media?
Susan and Armando Ramirez founded Pyramid Media in 1985.
Armando Ramírez graduated from the Universidad Ibero Americana in Mexico City with a degree in Communications. He began his career producing educational programming in Mexico and has 30 years’ experience in broadcast television.
After coming to Houston in 1985, Armando worked in the production department of Telemundo’s KTMD, Channel 48, and was production manager at Univision’s KXLN, Channel 45.
His dream was always to have his own company, and Pyramid Media obtained its Certificate of Operation in Harris County, Texas, in 1989.
Armando and staff have produced hundreds of commercials and full-length television programs for airing in local and national English and Spanish-language markets.
